Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of CardPilot, including public credit card education pages and the browser-based recommendation tool. By using CardPilot, you agree to use it as an educational resource and to verify issuer terms before making credit decisions.
Educational use only
CardPilot provides educational comparisons and estimates. It is not financial, legal, tax, credit, lending, banking, or investment advice. CardPilot does not evaluate your full financial situation or tell you whether you should open a specific card.
Recommendations are model-driven estimates based on user inputs, public card data, and simplifying assumptions. Actual rewards, fees, APRs, approval outcomes, and benefits may differ.
No issuer or lending role
CardPilot is not a bank, lender, broker, credit bureau, credit card issuer, or credit counselor. It does not issue credit cards, make lending decisions, pull credit reports, guarantee approval, or determine eligibility.
Issuer links are third-party links. You are responsible for reviewing the issuer's terms, application disclosures, rates, fees, and privacy practices before applying.
Accuracy and availability
CardPilot makes a good-faith effort to keep content and card data useful, but credit card offers can change quickly. CardPilot does not warrant that every detail is current, complete, or available to every user.
The service may change, pause, or remove pages, tools, or data at any time. Users should not rely on CardPilot as the only source for a credit product decision.
Acceptable use and contact
Do not misuse CardPilot, attempt to disrupt the service, republish substantial portions of the card database as a competing commercial product, or represent CardPilot output as advice from a licensed professional.
Questions can be sent to parkdigitalventures@gmail.com. See also the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
