Contact CardPilot

Last updated: May 2026

Have a question, correction, or policy concern? CardPilot can be reached by email at parkdigitalventures@gmail.com.

What to send

Useful messages include outdated card terms, broken links, issuer page changes, incorrect reward category assumptions, privacy questions, accessibility issues, or feedback on the recommendation methodology. Please include the page URL and the card name if your message relates to a specific card.

Do not send sensitive personal information. CardPilot does not need Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, dates of birth, or full financial documents to answer site questions.

Corrections and updates

Credit card data changes often. If you spot a rewards rate, annual fee, APR range, benefit, credit, or welcome bonus that appears outdated, send the issuer page or public source so it can be reviewed.

CardPilot makes a good-faith effort to keep data current, but issuer terms always control. Users should verify any card details directly with the issuer before applying.

Advertising and editorial questions

For questions about advertising, affiliate disclosures, or editorial standards, see the Editorial Policy and Disclaimer first. CardPilot may use advertising to support the site, but ads are not card recommendations and should not be confused with issuer links or recommendations.
